All of our cottages are located within easy walking distance of the lake, restaurant and lounge. The Bear Bottom Cottages each feature a distinctive theme and range from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Units 2-6 and 11 feature full kitchens, while units 7-10 have mini kitchens, without the oven. Each cottage rental includes free use of the boat ramp, swim dock, resort pool, and includes 2 complimentary tickets per day to the waterslides. (Unit number 11 includes 4 complimentary tickets per day). Cottages are furnished with pots and pans, linens and dinnerware for the rated number for that unit.

Unit 2 • Station 536
Wow, is this one on fire! The Sutcliffe family thinks very highly of firefighters. This cottage is a tribute to all of them and their dedication. Matt (PaPa Bear) has been in the fire service for over twenty-three years and the cubs are following in his footsteps. You will enjoy a very unique experience in this one bedroom, one bath cottage, fully furnished kitchen, including fire extinguisher. Relax on the front balcony and take in a beautiful view of the lake. Just steps away from the restaurant and lounge, get suited up and come enjoy a stay with us at Bear Bottom Resort, Station 536.

RATES Unit 2 • Rated for 3 people $125 for 1 night $115 per night for 2 or more nights. Units 3-6 • Rated for 4 people $155 for 1 night $145 per night for 2 or more nights. Units 7-10 • Rated for 2 people $115 for 1 night $105 per night for 2 or more nights. Unit 11 • Rated for 10 people $305 for 1 night $295 per night for 2 or more nights. Additional Persons over 5 years old $10 per person / per night. NOTE A limited number of rollaway beds are available upon request.

Unit 3 • Under the Sea
While this cottage is not seaside, but lakeside, you never know the difference with the décor inside. All the fun things at sea, are right here at Bear Bottom Resort. Under the Sea is a two bedrooms, one bath and a fully furnished kitchen for your convenience. Enjoy a dinner in or float on into the restaurant just steps away. Grab your beach towel get a Bahama Mama from the lounge and enjoy your stay.

Unit 4 • USA
Enjoy your freedom in this two bedroom, one bath, fully furnished kitchen cottage. The red, white, and blue décor is very liberating. This cottage is our way to give thanks to those who have given so much to this great country past and present. Bring a picture of someone in the armed forces for our picture frame on the wall of hero’s. So come stay in this one and give thanks for all your freedoms with us at Bear Bottom Resort.

Unit 5 • What a Catch
Fisherman and their tall tales, wait 'till you tell your friends about this catch. This one bedroom unit, with two full beds, one bath, fireplace and fully furnished kitchen is perfect for any fish fry. Complete with private outside patio. What a Catch has a balcony that over looks the lake with fishing right outside your door, or just relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. The décor is completed with all kinds of fishing things. If you have a large school coming What a Catch can join with Gone Fishing, to create a huge 3 bedroom unit.

6 • Gone Fishing
There's a sign on the door that explains it all: Gone Fishing. This two bedroom, one bath unit, with fully furnished kitchen, is a great experience for anyone. Decorated in a fishing theme, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the lake off the front balcony. Store your boat in a covered slip just steps away from your door. 7 • The Wild
Lions, Tigers, and Bears oh my! This one bedroom, one bath, fully furnished kitchenette is decorated in a safari theme. To remember you are not in Africa, just step out your front door and enjoy a view of the lake. The Wild is next to the pool and steps from the restaurant lounge. 8 • In My Sights
Looking through your sights you have found the one, so pull the trigger on this one. This cottage has one bedroom, one bath and fully furnished kitchenette. Great for anyone. I think this is the trophy buck.

 

9 • Set Sail
This ship is leaving so get on board. This cottage is a one bedroom, one bath, fully furnished kitchenette, decorated in all kinds of floating vessels. Go on a cruise with us, just steps away from everything you need. This is the perfect ship.

 

10 • Western
For you John Wayne fans, here it is. This one bedroom, one bath, fully furnished kitchenette is decorated in an old west theme. Just steps away from the pool, restaurant and lounge. You may even mount up and try the slides.

 

11 • The Den
Where the bears stay! You can hibernate or enjoy all the fun at the lake. This four bedroom, one bath, with fully furnished kitchen, is located in the middle of the property; just steps away form the pool, restaurant and lounge. You guessed it, the décor on this one is all about The Bears. The patio out front has beautiful furniture, a BBQ grill and a great view of the lake.
